    This useful (one day) course is intended for Employers, Service Managers, Planners, Consultants and their supply chains to understand the provisions of the TSC & TSSC to enhance their relationships and benefit their businesses. The Term Service Contracts are used for the appointment of a supplier for a period of time to manage and provide a service.

    The Term Service Short Contract (TSSC) is used an alternative to the Term Service Contract (TSC) and is for use with contracts which do not require sophisticated management techniques, comprise straightforward work and impose only low risks on both the Employer and the Contractor.
