The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called “Providers”, assume no responsibility for errors or omissions among these contents. Further, the Providers do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of these contents. The Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, data loss, lost revenues and lost profit) which may result from the inability to use or the correct/incorrect use, abuse or misuse of these contents, even if the Providers have been informed of the possibilities of such damages. The Providers cannot assume any obligation or responsibility. The use of these contents is forbidden in those places where the law does not allow this disclaimer to take full effect.
Payment Options and Pricing

The total price of your order includes VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Induna Training Services currently only accepts payment via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer); Pay Pal and Pay Fast.
If you are paying via EFT is one of the safest, most widely used online payment methods. Once you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the simple checkout instructions. You will then have to load Induna Training Services as a beneficiary on your internet banking (our account details are provided) and use the unique order number as reference. Delegates will be required to pay the full amount upfront before attending any workshop, whether face-to-face or online.
For in-house training, a 50% deposit is required before commencement of the workshop.
Delegates are required to pay upfront for the training and will not receive access to the course until payment is received.
If the course is not completed within six months, the individuals account will be suspended, and delegates will need to re-register for an additional R500.00.
Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations by delegates must be made in writing and received two weeks before the workshop. It is regretted that no refunds will be made, or invoices cancelled after this date and full registration fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if it is under subscribed of for any other reason. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to give delegates two weeks’ notice and the fee will be refunded in full. We cannot be held liable for any pre booked travel or accommodation costs.
