Project management involves the process of scoping, planning, organising and managing the resources allocated and available to the project at the time of its implementation. This to complete the various project works and bring the project in on time, within budget and to the desired specification. In addition to this the Project Manager must identify and address various risks, estimate, track and report on time and cost as well as manage the expectations of the various stakeholders.
